Returns & Exchanges
At EITO Sports, we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
How to Return:
- Contact us at [your email] with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (free returns for UK customers)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days
Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
